Geez Louise Terms of Use

By purchasing or downloading a Geez Louise product, you agree to these terms. Your purchase gives you permission to use the product, but ownership and copyright remain with Geez Louise.

What You Can Do

Make Physical Products

You may use Geez Louise designs, clipart, alphas, seamless patterns, and other files to create physical products for yourself or your customers.

This includes shirts, tumblers, mugs, signs, stickers, transfers, and similar products.

A single piece of clipart may be used by itself on a physical product. You do not have to add extra design elements when creating a physical item.

Create New Digital Designs

You may use Geez Louise clipart, alphas, stamps, and seamless patterns as part of a new finished digital design.

Your new design must:

• Include at least 25% additional design elements

• Look like a complete, original composition

• Include layered or overlapping elements when possible

• Be flattened so the original pieces cannot be removed or extracted

For example, you may use an alpha to spell a word, but you must add other elements before selling it as a finished digital design. You may not simply spell “Tennessee,” create “TN,” or type another word or abbreviation and sell it without adding at least 25% more design work.

You may also use a seamless pattern as the background of a new finished design. You just may not resell the pattern itself or use it to create another seamless pattern or digital paper pack.

Colors and Alterations

You may resize, crop, and arrange Geez Louise assets when creating a permitted design.

However, you may not:

• Change the colors of clipart, alphas, seamless patterns, or other design elements

• Trace, redraw, distort, separate, or substantially alter the original artwork

• Edit an asset to create another version for digital resale

• Fill in a Procreate stamp and sell it as clipart

Please use the artwork in the colors and style in which it was originally provided.

What You Cannot Do

You may not:

• Sell, share, trade, or give away any original Geez Louise file

• Upload files to dump groups, shared drives, memberships, or file-sharing groups

• Sell a single piece of clipart as a finished digital design

• Type a word with an alpha and sell it without adding at least 25% more design work

• Use Geez Louise products to create new clipart, alphas, fonts, stamps, SVG sets, seamless patterns, or digital paper packs

• Resell finished designs as digital files, even if you make small changes

• Share your Creator Tool, class, club, or membership access with anyone else

• Claim Geez Louise artwork as your own

Your purchase is for your use only. Anyone who needs access to the original file must purchase it directly from Geez Louise.

Printing Transfers

You do not need an additional license to sell transfers made with Geez Louise designs.

However, transfers must be printed in-house by the person or business that purchased the design.

You may not send Geez Louise files to another transfer vendor or printing company. A transfer vendor must purchase the design directly from Geez Louise before printing it.

Promotional Mockups

Ready-made promotional mockups provided by Geez Louise inside our groups, Drives, or product files may be posted to gauge interest from your customers before you create or print the physical product.

When posting these mockups:

• Place your own visible watermark directly over the design

• Do not remove any existing Geez Louise branding or watermark

• Do not sell, share, give away, or redistribute the mockup file itself

• Do not provide customers with an unwatermarked copy of the displayed design

This section applies to promotional mockups supplied with Geez Louise products. Separate blank mockup files are covered by the individual license included with those products.

Watermarks

Any mockup or digital preview posted online must have a visible watermark placed directly over the displayed design.

Gang-sheet builders must also display a watermark over every Geez Louise design. A business logo placed only in the corner is not enough because it does not protect the artwork from being copied.

No Artificial Intelligence Use

Nothing created or sold by Geez Louise may be uploaded to or used with artificial intelligence.

This includes:

• Finished designs

• Clipart

• Alphas

• Seamless patterns and digital papers

• Procreate stamps

• Mockups and product images

• Class and club materials

• Creator Tool content

Do not use Geez Louise products as AI references, prompts, training material, editing inputs, or source images.

This also means you may not upload a Geez Louise mockup or design to an AI service to create a flyer, advertisement, video, variation, background, or new image.

Questions and Enforcement

If you are unsure whether your intended use is allowed, please ask before using or selling the product.

Violating these terms may result in losing access to Geez Louise products, tools, groups, classes, clubs, or memberships without a refund.
