🛑 Terms of Use – Alpha Sets, Clipart & Stamps 🛑

At Geez Louise, our design assets (including alpha sets, clipart, and Procreate stamps) are meant to enhance your creativity—not be resold or redistributed as-is. These terms help protect originality and prevent misuse:

1. ❗Modification Requirement

You must incorporate our alpha sets, clipart, or stamps into a larger, original composition.
That means:

• No standalone use. You can’t just spell out words with alphas, drop in a single clipart, or fill in a stamp and call it done.

• Must have at least 25% additional design elements—like backgrounds, textures, embellishments, text overlays, etc.

• Assets must overlap or interact visually (not just placed beside other elements). We want to see composition, not collage.

2. ✅ Permitted Uses

You're welcome to use our elements in personal and commercial projects as long as they are part of a fully designed piece. Examples:

• Digital designs like invitations, stickers, flyers, or social graphics

• Physical items like shirts, mugs, or signs (where the design is blended and not easily isolated)

• Stamps can be used in compositions—not filled in and sold as clipart

3. 🚫 Prohibited Uses

Do NOT:

• Sell or share the alphas, clipart, or stamps as-is

• Use them to create new alpha sets, SVGs, fonts, or digital paper packs

• Fill in stamp lines and sell as clipart

• Offer any designs where the asset is clearly standalone, non-overlapping, or easily extracted

📜 License Info & Usage Reminder

Effective 2023 and beyond:

• You do NOT need an extended license for printing transfers, stickers, or mass production.

• You CANNOT add our designs to gang sheet builders without a watermark to protect them.

• You MAY use clipart, stamps, and alpha sets in your creations—but they must be part of a new, layered design. Anything easily isolated or copied = 🚫

Watermarking Is a Must:
When sharing mockups or finished work using our designs, always watermark your images to prevent theft. If you’re using end-use mockups, make sure the design itself is covered or altered in a way it can’t be snagged.

Failure to follow these terms could result in being banned from our site, groups, or social platforms—and if we catch you (or others do), we take it seriously.
